Anuera Compliance

Ethos

Anuera is committed to delivering the highest quality services in a sustainable and responsible manner. We continuously strive to ensure our work is performed with the strictest compliance with international and local laws, regulations and standards.

Our Code of Conduct serves as a guiding principle for our interactions with our clients, partners, competitors, government, and each other. It helps us to ensure that our personnel operate with respect for human rights, the environment, and the communities in which we work.

We take concerns or complaints seriously, whether from customers, our personnel, or third parties. If you wish to provide any feedback, concerns or suggestions about our services, we invite you to provide us with details by sending an email to report@anuera.com

Whistleblowing

At Anuera we enable our personnel to raise any concerns they may have about the business or any activities they believe are not in line with our Code of Conduct. All concerns raised are reviewed and investigated by our internal team, or in some cases using external resources.

Any investigations that identify unethical behaviour result in disciplinary action, and where appropriate referral to independent authorities.

We encourage all personnel to report any concerns about serious wrongdoing, such as illegal activity, breaches of regulations or company policy at report@anuera.com. All reports will be treated in the strictest confidence.

International Human Rights

Anuera is committed to operating with respect for the human rights of all employees, contractors, and the communities in which we operate.

We integrate human rights best practices into our business by applying the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights to all of our projects, relevant policies and our Code of Conduct.

All Anuera personnel and contractors receive human rights training, and our project management and quality assurance processes ensure that the principles we subscribe to are being upheld.

In addition, we have integrated human rights training into our existing training programmes for our clients, ensuring that we are an active and positive contributor to upholding international human rights.
